Founder and creator, Kimberly Klocke, is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu London, where she received classical training as a chef. Her passion for French cuisine ignited her journey to reimagine traditional desserts into delicious plant-based creations. With a deep-rooted love for health and wellness, Kimberly is currently pursuing her degree in Alternative Medicine. She firmly believes that desserts should not have to compromise the health of our bodies in order for them for them to be delicious.
